Hypnotherapyfriend

Contrary to popular belief hypnosis is a natural state of the mind which we enter into on a regular basis.  As a therapist I utilise this natural phenomena to guide you into a relaxed yet focused state of mind, like that between sleeping and waking, in which the imaginative and feeling part of your mind is more active than the critical part of your mind. When administered by a professionally qualified therapist it is a safe yet exceptionally powerful tool to help therapist and client identify, understand, and correct the root cause of a problem.  It gives you a heightened awareness of your surroundings. It is a state of deep relaxation and is very pleasant. At the end of the session you will remember all that has been said and you will either be calm and relaxed or some people feel alert and invigorated.

Below are some of the conditions that hypnotherapy can help with although this list is not exhaustive:

  • Anger Management
  • Fears and Phobias (Fear of Flying, Agoraphobia, Social Phobias etc...)
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Childhood Trauma
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Chronic Pain & Pain Management
